The best thing I ever ate is from a stall in Bukit Timah Food Centre. The dish is Yi Mian, which is one of the most common things to be in a hawker centre, but this one is one is so rich in flavour that tingles all of your taste buds once eaten. The overall ratio of noodles, soup and condiments are truly balanced where they create a trifecta of great taste. Although the ingredients are fairly simple, they compliment the broth of the soup that oozes with flavour in every single bite. The richness from the soup is impeccable. There are two people working in the stall and during lunch hours when the place is packed, so you can see them racing away making their signature dishes, handing them left to right rapidly. It\'s truly fascinating especially coming from a European country to see such passion and energy being put into something such a simple dish. --- FOOD NETWORK is a unique lifestyle network that connects viewers to the power and joy of food.
